New Normal Protocol

Living, working and holidaying with COVID-19 is a new reality worldwide.
In this new reality, ideally we would like to get all of our staff and guests to test regularly, but as mass testing is not available or affordable in Indonesia as of now (October 2020), the best way we can keep each other safe is to follow the official government protocols and be considerate for others wellbeing.
Here are the steps that we taking:
2 – If you have been travelling abroad or spent time in covid-19 hotspots, please refrain
from travelling for 14 days and stay at home.
2 - Do a temperature check for all guests on entry
3 - Increase frequency of cleaning with industrial quality disinfectants.
4 - Wear our mask / face protector

While we are not God and cannot give you 100% guarantees, we try our very best to keep Sukasantai as a clean and safe place for everyone. Thank you for your understanding, stay sane and stay safe!
