Job Description
1 - Hold small workshops to teach crafting* activities for guests
2 - Managing a variety of on-site programmes for guests
3 - Managing collab programmes with external partners
4 - Maintaining a tidy, visually consistent & welcoming communal environment
5 - Sales and public relations for corporate and workshop clients
Must have:
- Good work ethics
- Neat and responsible
- Enjoy trying out new ideas and takes own initiative to create new programmes for guests
- Ability to work on flexible hours. As we are a hospitality business, our busy seasons are primarily on weekends and public holidays.
Plus point:
- Experience in organic farming and permaculture
- Experience in F&B and/or hospitality industry
- Able to produce social media content with consitent visuals
- Knowledge of social media advertising (Meta, Google, Tiktok)
*What kinds of crafters are we looking for?
We are open to all kinds of craftworks: painting, ceramics, weaving, paper making, soapmaking, woodworking, fermenting etc. We are especially excited if we can meet a crafter who can utilise our farm resources to create meaningful experiences for our guests.
