We all want Quiet

Recently a one-minute video hit us with a revelation:
YES! This is it, this is what we wanted to do!
In short, in 1895, Octavia Hill founded the National Trust with the vision of making natural open spaces available for people living polluted and densely packed urban London of her time. Today, National Trust is the largest private charity in the UK that manages the treasured historic parks and gardens in the country.
Fast forward 125 years, the urban problems around the world are still the same. Jakarta does not have enough green spaces where strained and stress city people can relax and unwind.
While Indonesia do not have an equivalent to UK's "National Trusts," and while our farmstay is a small tiny set up... We believe that our little piece of nature can be a rare place where guests from Jakarta can visit for a weekend getaway to enjoy quiet moments with nature to rest, relax and recharge.
The video and Octavia's quote had inspired us so much because her mission to conserve natural spaces were not framed in purely quantifiable utilitarian values of sustainability, benefits to psychology and productivity, etc. But instead it appeals to the unquantifiable: to the the qualitative quiet and beauty of nature.
The need for quiet and nature sounds simple, but what is life if you can't enjoy the simple things that God has made for all of us.

Who's Octavia Hill and What's National Trust?
